I have nothing bad to say about quinton surgery except it can take a long time trying to get through first thing in the morning.
brilliant medical care and fantastic reception staff who go out of their to help if they can
sometimes difficult to get an appt
would appreciate a mid-week late surgery for workers - thursday? as often on a monday night have to work over to deal with weekend problems
Thanks for your feedback. You may be interested to know that we have a late surgery on Wednesdays as well as Mondays.
i have been very disappointed with the attidue of the receptionists. The only way to get an appointment to see a doctor is on line. It is impossible to get through in the mornings at 08.30 as instructed and when you do get through there are no appointments. I have also found that the receptionists are unhelpful when they are requested to contact a hospital
to make an appointment. As many of your patients do not have access to the internet I feel this is one area which needs to be addressed.
There must be a large number of patients who are unable to telephone for an appointment and must walk to the surgery, onluy to be told there are no appointment available but come back tomorrow at 8.30 and we can see what we can do!
Not good customer service.
On occasions where I have managed to see a GP I have always found them to be very through and sympathic.
We appreciate your feedback. Demand for GP services is certainly high but we will always aim to see or call a patient who has an urgent need within 24 hours. Booking appointments on-line is a good alternative to calling via telephone particularly during the very busy early morning period.
I find the service at the surgery appaling lately. The receptionist are mostly abrupt when you try to book an appointment especially when you are registered with systems online and are actually sitting waiting for them to be released at 08-15 and on some days none are released ay all and the trying to phone the surgery, finally getting through at 08-50 to be told all appointments have gone. Basically when then you try to ask why your told in an extremely abrupt way if your not happy put it in writing. There is no COMPASSION whatsoever from this surgerys front line staff when approached therefore no giving a very good impression of the surgery at all.
We are sorry of your dissatisfaction. We certainly aim to provide good service to all our patients and hope your next experience with the practice is more satisfying.
Suffering chronic illness and having several Gp
Services over my life over all I feel the care here is very good. Only one appointment with one doctor did I feel let down when I cried about feeling depressed and anxious I was passed a leaflet which was tapped and said tablets would not work as its not an I'm a lance just stress. I felt not listened too and if the doctor would have asked me even one question he would know I have had a history of depression and was once diagnosed with a personality disorder. Other than that one time I've been seen promptly and referred land dealt with very well. If like to have one doctor I see I see soneone new everytime but that's because I see next available. Having kidney failure and a ill child it would be nice to have a rapport with a Gp, I feel lucky we have the nhs and I'm a patient at Ridgeacre by far the best practice I've been a patient of,
